This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to all of these terms and further understand that these are binding.

By placing an order with PÉROLA JEWELLERY, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parent or consenting adult's permission to purchase any items from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed with PÉROLA JEWELLERY for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us. By accepting the PÉROLA JEWELLERY conditions, you agree to the above.


All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by PÉROLA JEWELLERY as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to PÉROLA JEWELLERY and Squarespace and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request PÉROLA JEWELLERY to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the PÉROLA JEWELLERY conditions, you agree to the above.


We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct at all times however, we reserve the right to make changes to pricing of our products without notice.


PÉROLA JEWELLERY does not hold any stock of any item available for purchase.

After any item is selected and paid for, 25 working days are required for the production of the item. Shipping/dispatch times are considered to be in addition to the stated production time, ie in addition to 25 working days.

If you purchase multiple items , all items will be shipped together at the later date. You may request multiple shipments at any time and in order to do so, please contact info@perolajewellery.com

Online Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at info@perolajewellery.com. Orders can be cancelled up to a maximum of 24 hours after the purchase is made. If your order has already been sent to production it cannot be cancelled. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke orders or personal orders that include any personalisation e.g. engraving.

Discount Codes

We may offer from time to time promotional discount codes, which may apply to an order made at PÉROLA JEWELLERY. These codes may only be used on full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. We retain the right to withdraw or cancel a discount or promotion at any time. We also hold the right to refuse to accept the promotional code.


Pre-orders are processed within 1-25 business days and shipped within 1-25 business days (ACCORDING TO THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE ORDER WAS MADE) of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description .

If you purchase multiple items, all items will be shipped together at the later date. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting info@perolajewellery.com.


Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are as follows (please allow for extra time for your customs check and don't forget that this time is only after shipment has been dispatched):

  • Portugal: 1-2 working days  

  • Europe: 7-15 working days

  • Europe express: 1-3 working days

  • Worldwide: 10-25 working days

  • Worldwide express: 1-5 working days (in remote areas it can take a little bit more)

We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse receipt of your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Customer Complaints

We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.

Force Majeure

Events outside PÉROLA JEWELLERY control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that PÉROLA JEWELLERY is released from PÉROLA JEWELLERY 's obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability of materials and confirmation of the order price. Any order will be processed only once the full payment has been received. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provided in order form. Our acceptance of your order takes place with the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled your order.

Late or Lost Deliveries

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international deliveries) - Royal Mail deems items as “lost” after this amount of time. We advise all items are delivered to home addresses as if an item is delivered to an office, it can sometimes go missing if signed for by a colleague or left in an unknown place.


All returns and claims must be authorised by PÉROLA JEWELLERY by email. All returned items must arrive at our office no later than 14 days after your delivery date. Customised items, special orders, engraved orders etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


All products remain the property of PÉROLA JEWELLERY until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents or consenting adult's permission to purchase from PÉROLA JEWELLERY.

All transfers conducted through PÉROLA JEWELLERY are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

PÉROLA JEWELLERY reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, PÉROLA JEWELLERY has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. PÉROLA JEWELLERY shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

PÉROLA JEWELLERY holds the right to cancel and refund any order that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions via our online services.

PÉROLA JEWELLERY reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on transactions to authorities or payment provider. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

In accordance with the Portuguese Law No. 24/2014 of the 14th of February, applicable to the celebration of long distance contracts, these maybe dissolved of free will without reason within a period of 14 calendar days from the time of entering into contract.

In the event of cancellation within the above mentioned time period, all payments made will be returned by the same means in which they were made no later than 14 days after the written cancellation request is received.
